Ⅰ.观察并归纳句子成分。
B.句子成分归纳。
句子表达一个完整的意思, 是由单词按一定的语法规则组合而成的。句子一般可以分成几个部分, 每个部分在句中具有一定的功能, 称为句子成分。不同的句子成分由一定的词类或词组充当。主要句子成分归纳如下:
成分 | 意义 | 位置 |
主语 S(subject) | 句子的主体; 谓语陈述、说明的对象, 说明动作由“谁”发出 | 位于句首 |
谓语V(verb) | 表示主语的行为或状态, 是英语句子的灵魂、核心 | 主语之后 |
宾语 O(object) | 表示行为或活动的对象、接受者或受影响者 | 动词或介词后 |
直接宾语DO (direct object) | 表示动作的承受者, 一般是物 | 动词后 |
间接宾语IO (indirect object) | 表示动作是对谁或为谁做的, 一般是人 | 动词后 |
表语 P(predicative) | 用来说明主语的身份、性质、状况等 | 系动词后 |
宾语补足语OC (object complement) | 补充说明宾语的动作或状态 | 宾语后 |
定语(attributive) | 用来修饰名词或代词, 说明其本质或特征 | 名词或代词前面或后面 |
状语A(adverbial) | 说明动作“何时、何地、如何”发生; 说明形容词或副词的程度 | 位置灵活 |
系动词又叫做联系动词(link word)
1)状态系动词
用来表示主语状态,只有be一词,
例如:He is a teacher. 他是一名教师。
2)感官系动词
感官系动词主要有look, feel, smell, sound, taste, 例如:
This kind of cloth feels very soft. 这种布手感很软。
This flower smells very sweet. 这朵花闻起来很香。
3)变化系动词
这些系动词表示主语变成什么样,变化系动词主要有become, grow, turn, fall, get, go, come, run.
例如:She grew rich within a short time. 她没多长时间就富了。
4)持续系动词
用来表示主语继续或保持一种状况或态度,主要有keep, rest, remain, stay, lie, stand,
例如:He always kept silent at meeting. 他开会时总保持沉默。
5)表像系动词
用来表示"看起来像"这一概念,主要有seem, appear例如:
He seems (to be) very sad. 他看起来很伤心。
6)终止系动词
表示主语已终止动作,主要有prove, turn out, 表达"证实","变成"之意,例如:
The rumor proved false. 这谣言证实有假。
His plan turned out a success. 他的计划终于成功了。(turn out表终止性结果)

Dear students and parents,
As our state continues to fight against the spread of COVID-19, the State Board of Education has voted to authorize the closure of all public schools in Oklahoma for the remainder of the 2019—20 school year.
Jenks Public Schools (JPS) will be transitioning to distance learning beginning April 6 through the end of the school year. All JPS school buildings and facilities will remain closed until further notice. All activities, athletic events, club meetings, school sponsored trips are canceled for the 2019—20 school year.
JPS administrators are working on plans for a district-wide distance learning program. Please be patient over the next week as these plans are finalized. As soon as more information is available, you will be notified.
The time being missed due to the coronavirus-related closure will not have to be made up. Summer will not be shortened and as of now, the start of the 2020—21 school year will not be delayed.
We recognize the disappointment and difficulty this closure is causing our students and families. Our thoughts go out to our senior class knowing they will not have the opportunity to walk across a graduation stage in front of their family, friends, and peers. Please be assured, we will find a way to honour our seniors and recognize their achievements.
None of this is easy but despite our distance, we are still one Trojan family. We will continue to love and support each other. We will always make decisions based on what is best for our students. Thank you for your trust. You will hear from us very soon.

What a day! I started at my new school this morning and had the best time. I made lots of new friends and really liked my teachers. I was nervous the night before, but I had no reason to be. Everyone was so friendly and polite. They made me feel at ease. It was like I’d been at the school for a hundred years!
The day started very early at 7 a. m. I had my breakfast downstairs with my mom. She could tell that I was very nervous. Mom kept asking me what was wrong. She told me I had nothing to worry about and that everyone was going to love me. If they didn’t love me, Mom said to send them her way for a good talking to. I couldn’t stop laughing.
My mom dropped me off at the school gate about five minutes before the bell. A little blonde(金发的) girl got dropped off at the same time and started waving(招手) at me. She ran over and told me her name was Abigail. She was very nice and we became close straight away. We spent all morning together and began to talk to another girl called Stacey. The three of us sat together in class all day and we even made our way home together! It went so quickly. Our teacher told us that tomorrow we would really start learning and developing new skills.
I cannot wait until tomorrow and feel as though I am really going to enjoy my time at my new school. I only hope that my new friends feel the same way too.
