Students will be able to complete k and l stroke order worksheet. Students will be able to become more comfortable pronouncing 3-letter words by playing CVC matching card game and quizz.  Materials: CVC matching card (‘u' middle sound) CVC quizz vidoe  Teaching: 1.Review on sentence  (10mins) -Have students make a circle and teacher stand in the middle. - Teacher talks about one part of her face and say " This is my ___" and point at someone in the circle and say "This is your ___". - The person chosen by the teacher then Hi-five the teacher and come to the middle to do the same. 2.CVC matching card games (‘u' middle sound) ( 10mins) - Students focus on pronouncing the words correctly ( with teacher's help ) 3.Writing (k and i stroke order ) ( 10mins) 4.CVC quizz (10mins) -Students sit around in the carpet area and do the quizz together in front of the TV. 5.clean up ( 5mins) Early finishers: they can watch sight words video and try to memorize the words.
