第1课时 教学设计课题What's the best movie theater?Section A 1a-2c课型听说课√   语法课口   阅读课口   写作课口   其它课__________教材（语篇）分析：【what】本课内容是一节听说课，首先以选择电影院为话题呈现电影院特点、品质的词汇，为题How do you choose witch movie theater to go to ? 引导学生对电影院、硬件设施等条件进行分析比较。  【why】通过一系列活动，使得单元语法重点项目形容词和副词的最高级也在语境中自然呈现。 【how】 通过情景交际及自主学习与合作学习相结合从而使语言学习的实践和应用能力的提升。  学情分析：（一）自然情况经过仅近一年的任务型语言教学的训练，部分学生已经初步养成较好的英语学习习惯，能够在课堂上听懂老师的英文指令，并且能够根据老师的要求用目标语言完成各项任务。  （二）已有基础谈电影的特点这一话题学生熟悉且喜欢，七年级已经学过一些描述人、物的形容词，学生也已经积累了一定的词汇量，可以用英语进行简单的交流和描述。 
    （三）存在问题
      学校和家庭不鼓励学生外出看电影，并且随着网络的普及越来越多的人选择直接从网络上观看影片，因此会有很多学生对于本地区的电影院并不是很了解。   （四）解决措施   因此为了推进话题的顺利进行，教师需要事先准备本地区不同电影院的第一手资料，让学生有了真实比较之后再进行语言的输出。  教学目标：通过本课学习，学生能够：   学生能学会重点单词，短语及目标语言（学习理解）重点单词及短语：theater , comfortable , seat , screen , close , ticket , worst , choose , cheaply , carefully , reporter.  目标语言：What’s the best movie theater ?Town cinema . It’s the closest to home . And it has the most comfortable seats.    熟练运用最高级谈论电影院的配套设施。 （应用实践）在说的过程中体验感知目标语言等内容，并学会提取所需要的关键信息。  （迁移创新）教学重难点重点： 学会运用形容词和副词最高级句型。 难点：形容词、副词最高级的变化形式。  学习活动设计教师活动学生活动环节一：Activity 1  教师活动1  Lead-in Watch a video . Ask :Where do you usually watch movies ? .... 学生活动1Watch a video . 活动意图说明：激发学生对新课的学习兴趣，活跃气氛，从而为下一步学习比较打下基础。  环节二：Activity 2  教师活动2  Presentation Ask students :Do you like to go to the movies ?Then show the students some pictures of movie theaters and discuss the question :As for a movie theater , what is important to you ?While check the answers: get students to learn the new words and phrases in this lesson . 学生活动2 Answer the questions   Show the pictures and discuss . 活动意图说明：让学生在表达与思考的过程中一边复习已有的词汇，一边学习运用新的词汇，将词汇教学放在特定的情境之中，加强学习的效果。    环节三：Activity 3 教的活动3  work on 1bBefore listening Ask students to read the name and the qualities of the three cinemas . Look at the pictures to get some information . 学的活动3观察与思考：  教会学生在听力前浏览信息，并试图从中获取相关信息。   学会预测，形成信息期待。 活动意图说明：通过浏览信息，观察图片获取信息铺垫，为获取准确的听力信息作好准备，同时预测达成对获取听力信息的期待。  环节四：Activity 4 教的活动4   While listening   Ask students to listen for the first time and fill in the chart with the names of the cinema. Ask students to add -（i）er or more to the words in 2a . 学的活动5 Finish 2a and 2b  活动意图说明：通过浏览信息，观察词汇变化获取信息铺垫，为获取准确的听力信息作好准备；同时预测达成对获取听力信息的期待。 环节六：Activity 6  教的活动6  After  listening  Ask students to make conversations in pairs about the different movie theaters. Ask several pairs to act them out . 学的活动6 Finish the task  .  活动意图说明：强化听力信息和最高级的形式 。 环节七：Activity 7 教的活动  Listen to 2a&2b Prepare pictures of different clothes stores before listening , and ask students to make comparisons about the quality , service and price . Then read the names of different radio stations  . Listen for different information by listening to the tape. Check the answers . Which is the worst clothes stores in town ?  分层作业设计   基础巩固：学出本节课重点短语级形容词和副词的最高级变法。 设计意图：复习学过的形容词和副词用法。    能力提升：        用英语写一篇短文，要求运用给出短语，适当运用比较级和最高级句型。 设计意图：在语境中运用语法，提高学生对目标语言的运用能力。 教学反思与改进本节课通过图文级听力设计活动谈论了电影院的各项特点，以及对不同的服装店和广播电台等的评价。由于任务设置贴近学生生活，词汇准备充分，因此学生的语言输出很顺畅，但是如何正确运用最高级上很多学生后困难，尤其是形容词和副词的区别更是教学的难点。
