本单元以为学生奠定英语学习为基础围绕“ What’s this in English?”这个主题让学生在完成各项任务的过程中学会语言,真正体现“learn by ding,Learn thrugh ding.”的教学原则。让学生学会并掌握英文字母I—R。本单元所蕴含课程思政目标为:通过掌握英语缩写字母P、NBA,kg的含义,引申出中文中缩写字母CCTV、CBA、停、斤两等的意思,感受中国文字的博大精深。
学情分析
本单元要求学生掌握英文字母I—R,能认读印刷体和手写体字母的大小写等四种形式,书写(大小写、笔顺、笔画)根本符合要求。由于字母学习是基础,学生掌握起来会相对容易,本单元通过“认物”课题,用英语确认周围常见事物比较符合英语初学者的实际情况,学生可以通过本单元教学运用所学句型,去熟悉周围的事物名称,教学生学会在实际生活中如何辨认,通过辨认,学到一些生词,并巩固所学句型。
