Born in the 2000s, what do you think of your generation? Young, creative, connected, global, smart, maybe good-looking? But what do other people think about your generation?
Some adults worry that you’re more interested in the phone than the world around you. They see you as the “face-down generation” and wonder how you will deal with school, friends, and family. You've probably heard many times how exercise is good for you. But do you know that there are two kinds of exercise?
Aerobic(有氧的)exercise
Like other muscles, the heart enjoys a good workout. You can provide it with one in the form of aerobic exercise. Aerobic exercise is any kind of exercise that gets the heart working better. When you often give your heart this kind of workout, it will get stronger and better.

How to combine environment protection with education? A librarian in Indonesia gives an answer. She is lending books to children in exchange for rubbish they collect in a creative way to clean up the environment and get the kids to read more.
Each weekday Raden Roro Hendarti rides her three-wheeler with books for children in Muntang village to exchange for plastic cups, bags and other waste and carries them back. As soon as she shows up, little children run to her "Rubbish Library" and ask for books. They are all carrying rubbish bags and Raden's three-wheeler quickly fills up with them as the books fly out. She's happy the kids are going to spend less time on online games as a result.
