The pht is a mvie still frm the film The Millin Pund Nte, which was made in the UK in 1954. Here the American actr Gregry Peck hlds up the millin-pund bank nte in a htel lbby fr all t see, as prf that he really has it. While the film is fictin and the cash nte that Peck is hlding up is just a film prp, such ntes actually exist. In fact, the largest bank nte prduced by the Bank f England has a value f 100 millin punds. Such bank ntes are nt placed in circulatin but are used fr internal banking purpses and kept in special vaults utside f the public view. In 1893, Mark Twain heard f the existence f such ntes, and became intrigued. As a result he wrte a nvella called The Millin Pund Bank Nte abut tw wealthy brthers wh arranged t brrw ne f these bank ntes and gave it t a hmeless stranger in rder t satisfy a bet.

Within a scene, the actrs have lines f dialgue. A line f dialgue refers t everything an actr says befre he / she is interrupted by anther actr r is frced t stp speaking. It des nt necessarily refer t ne line f printed text. A script nrmally cntains sme stage directins. These tell the actrs what t d and may tell them hw t say their lines if this is nt clear.
