Researchers frm Califrnia Plytechnic State University analyzed(分析) hw much the natural sunds peple hear when they’re utdrs influence well-being. They fund that the “chrus(合唱) ” f birds singing increased well-being in prtected natural areas.
Fr the study, researchers put 10 hidden, evenly spaced(等间距的) speakers(扬声器) n tw parts f trails(小路) in the Bulder Open Space and Muntain Parks in Clrad. They played recrded sngs frm 11 kinds f birds. The researchers take turns t play the birdsng fr a few hurs a day fr a week, and then turned ff the speakers fr a week at a time.
