Franc Bergamin is like a surprise “hidden recipe” amng yung peple in suthwest China’s Chngqing Municipality, where the 62-year-ld Italian chef runs a dessert huse called Mimsa.
The dessert huse serves wine jelly with green pepper cheese, jasmine musse and peach-Olng cake—fusin (融合) desserts that cmbine Italian specialties with lcal Chinese ingredients.
