Seeing that there was nne, I decided t investigate further, finally finding a way t use the feerfluid (铁磁流体), a liquid which sticks t the plastic allwing it t be remved using magnets(磁铁). After ver 1,000 tests I have prved that my methd wuld remve 87% r higher f micrplastics.
I grew up in West Crk, Ireland. My hmetwn is surrunded by untuched nature. This has been my primary inspiratin abut hw nature wrks. I sn discvered that science really was in everything. The fact that I lived in such a remte place meant that I had t build my wn equipment and lab t cnduct tests and experiments.
Inspired by scientists such as Ben Feringa and his wrk with rganic chemistry and nantechnlgy (纳米技术), I wuld like t study chemistry r chemical engineering when finishing my last year f secndary schl. Bth f these subjects will be suited t me as I really enjy prblem-slving and experiments.

Knwledge might be pwer, but it’s much mre pwerful when it’s shared! If nly ne persn knws hw t d smething, that prevents thers frm develping and can prevent yur rganizatin’s prgress. But, withut a recipe r guidance frm smebdy wh’s trialed, errred and perfected, yu wuldn’t knw the rder, the timings and the techniques needed. Knwledge sharing makes sure yur emplyees are less shaken and mre inspired.
If knwledge isn’t shared, peple take it with them when they leave-and n cmpany has time t relearn the things they nce knew. But if yur experts are sharing knwledge with peers, they’re gaining relevant, cmpany-specific infrmatin-which allws yu t build cllective intelligence. The act f sharing knwledge alne is great fr building relatinships, where peple get that warm feeling frm either sharing their wisdm r picking up n the wisdm f thers. But it’s mre than that-develping a knwledge-sharing culture allws yu t tap int experts! Acrss the business, peple will have built skills and best practices that are specific t yur prduct and custmer. When they share thse experiences, they allw thers t skip the trial perid and get right t prductivity.
The mre yu encurage that behavir, the mre an rganic learning culture builds thrughut the team! This means all the benefits we’ll dive int are happening day in and day ut.
