A letter written t a 12-year-ld girl in Lithuania（立陶宛）arrived in December, almst 51 years after it was sent. Nw in her 60s, Genvefa Klnvska said after being handed the letter, “I thught that smene was playing a jke n me.”
The letter included a handmade, clred rse and tw paper dlls. It was sent t Klnvska by Ewa, a yung girl in Pland（波兰）. They exchanged letters in what is knwn as a pen friend prgram when peple write letters t each ther withut actually meeting.
