When I was tw years ld, my parents were still getting used t the lifestyle f raising a kid, but what they had nticed was what they cnsidered “ut f the rdinary” behavir. Whatever tys I played with, I placed them in a straight line. When thers were unfriendly t me, I became changeable. My diagnsis (诊断) was in 1999, a time when a type f autism (孤独症) called PDD-NOS was still nt cmmnly understd and was still being bserved. My parents were initially shcked at this result.
As I gt lder, I began t develp frm keeping t myself t interacting with ther kids nce I entered a public schl in first grade. I nticed hw the ther kids were able t answer questins in class a lt faster than I culd understand. Since furth grade, I jined my schl’s marching band, smething I never had any interest in, but my mm made me believe that it was a great way t nt nly make friends, but t help gain mre cnfidence in myself.
At the same time during furth grade, I discvered my talent fr creative writing. I realized, n the day I wrte my first stry abut superheres, my prcessed thinking and my imaginatin prvided a basic feature fr my character: a hidden talent. As the years passed, I helped my fellw classmates with articles, and I even shared the riginal pieces I wrte with my classmates ccasinally, althugh I was still unaware abut my diagnsis.

A new study, published in the jurnal Sleep Health, has suggested that taking a shrt nap (小睡) during the day may help t prtect the brain’s health as it ages, after finding the practice appears t be related t larger brain vlume (容量).

But the study is based n data nly frm Eurpean, and the exact perid f naps cnnected with the benefits are unclear. The Shenzhu ⅩⅥ members cmpleted their first spacewalk n Thursday, equipping and adjusting (调整)camera devices utside the Tiangng space statin, accrding t the China Manned Space Agency.
This was the 13th spacewalk carried ut by Chinese astrnauts. Missin cmmander Majr General Jing Haipeng and spaceflight engineer Clnel Zhu Yangzhu cnducted their eight-hur spacewalk and returned t the Wentian science mdule (舱) at 9:40 pm, the agency said in a news annuncement. Prfessr Gui Haicha, the third member f the crew (全体工作人员) and the missin’s science paylad specialist, stayed inside the space statin t prvide supprt, the news release said.
During their spacewalk, Jing and Zhu finished a series f tasks, such as fixing a supprt structure fr an expected camera utside the Tianhe central mdule and unlcking and mving tw expected cameras utside the Mengtian science mdule. Jing, wh was n his furth spaceflight, tk part in a spacewalk fr the first time. During the Shenzhu Ⅶ missin in September 2008, which was his first spaceflight, Jing stayed inside the spaceship t assist his fellw members, Zhai Zhigang and Liu Bming, wh cmpleted China’s first spacewalk.

The Shenzhu ⅩⅥ members cmpleted their first spacewalk n Thursday, equipping and adjusting (调整)camera devices utside the Tiangng space statin, accrding t the China Manned Space Agency.
