    by是个很常用的介词(有时也用作副词), 在初中英语中的用法有以下几种: (1) 意为“在……旁”、“靠近”。如: 他们在湖边画画。 They are drawing by the lake. (2) 意为“不迟于”、“到……时为止”。如:   他在晚饭前会好的。 He will be all right by supper time.  
    Language pints
    (3) 表示方法、手段,可译作“靠”、“用” 、“凭借”、“通过”、“乘坐”等。如:猴子用尾巴吊在树上。 The mnkey was hanging frm the tree by his tail. (4) 用于被动句中,表示行为主体,常译 作“被”、“由”等。如:许多人讲英语。 English is spken by many peple.
    (5) 组成其它短语: 1) by the way : 意为“顺便说”、“顺便问一 下”,常做插入语。如:  顺便问一下,李丽在哪儿? By the way, where’s Lily? 2) by neself : 意为“单独”、“自己”。如: 我不能把她单独留下。 I can’t leave her by herself.
    3) by and by : 意为“不久以后”、“不一会 儿”。如: 不久以后,越来越多的人开始学英语了。 By and by, mre and mre peple began t study English.

    现在完成时的谓语形式 have/has + 过去分词 I have lived here since I was brn. 我一出生就生活在这里。
    2. 现在完成时的意义⑴ 强调过去动作对现在造成的影响和结果。 I have lst my keys. I can’t find them anywhere. ⑵ 表示某种动作或状态从过去某时开始,一直持续到现在,而且还持续了一段时间。 I have lived here since I was brn.
    3. 现在完成时的一般疑问句的构成 直接将have/has提到主语之前构成。 They have finished the jb already. Have they finished the jb yet? 他们还没有完成这项工作吗?4. 现在完成时的否定句的构成 直接在have/has之后加nt构成。 They haven't finished the jb yet. 他们尚未完成该项工作。

    That desn’t sund t bad. 那听上去不算太糟糕。sund用作连系动词,“听起来”,其后长跟形容词。英语中常用的连系动词一是(be),一感(feel),一保持(keep),起来四个(sund ,lk, smell, taste),好像(seem)变了仨( get, turn , becme).

I als realized I culd get the meaning by listening fr just the key wrds. My prnunciatin imprved as well by listening t the cnversatins in English mvies. I discvered that listening t smething interesting in is the secret t language learning. I als learned useful sentences like “It’s a piece f cake”
