    As a MA Sprts Jurnalism student at the University f Sunderland, I was delighted when I was ffered a three-week placement (实习岗位) at BBC Sprt (Online). As a 21-year-ld, whse dream was t make it as a sprts jurnalist (记者), there culdn’t have been a better place t learn the tricks f the trade. And nt nly did my dream f wrking at the BBC cme true, but my time there exceeded (超过) even my wildest imaginatin.
    After a cuple f days f training t shw me hw the Cntent Prductin System wrks, I started writing news reprts, helping ut with the media mnitring (监督) f varius events, including the final f the Uefa Eurpa League, Rland Garrs, Canadian Grand Prix and the test match between England and New Zealand. Nt nly was I given smething t d n every single day f my placement, but als I gt t interact with sme f the sharpest minds in the industry, wh were all easy-ging and made me feel at hme. I learnt that there were varius rles played by a jurnalist, aside frm merely writing articles.
    My biggest takeaway frm the placement was the media mnitring skills which I develped during my time at Salfrd. Every day at the BBC gave me fresh insight (见识) int the varius aspects f the website and hw the cntent was prduced.
    I wuld like t thank the BBC fr the wnderful pprtunity and wuld advise any beginning sprts jurnalist t give the placement a try, because the insight and experience f wrking with sme f the best jurnalists in the UK isn’t smething that happens every single day.

    Like a lt f peple, I started running t lse weight. That was in 2004 when I was in cllege, battling the 40-plus punds I’d gained frm my diet f pasta, fries and sweets. It tk me ver five years t lse weight, but I never was able t get super lean and muscular like I had always wanted t be.
    As a mther, I have gne thrugh tw pregnancies (怀孕), gaining 50-plus punds during each, and always ran t lse weight. Running an hur five times a week and ding lng training runs n the weekend just made me super hungry, and I ended up gaining weight.

I started ging there five days a week. After ne mnth f CrssFit, I was shcked at hw my bdy had changed. In the first mnth I was there, I never repeated the same exercise. Befre trying CrssFit, I put in a lt f miles running, but my heart rate never gt as high as it des ding five minutes f wall balls, bx jumps and burpees.
    It has been three mnths since I started CrssFit. I lve my new exercise rutine (一套动作) because I’m actually excited t g when my alarm ges ff at 4:40 am. It’s fun t try a new exercise rutine.
