After spending almst a year-and-a-half in near-ttal islatin(隔离) sme 230 feet undergrund,Beatriz Flamini,50,f Madrid,emerged frm a cave in suthern Spain and asked:Wh’s buying the beer?
The climber and muntaineer had entered the cave n Nv.21,2021,determined t spend 500 days alne—mnitred by a grup f scientists—t explre the effects f islatin n the human bdy and mind.
After resurfacing,Flamini embraced supprters,met with her dctrs and spent nearly an hur talking t the reprters.She tld them she was ready fr a drink and a shwer—but culd have stayed in the cave lnger.
