解析:推理判断题。根据第一段“While it may sund strange, it is scientifically prven that certain types f nise can help yu sleep well.”
解析:①根据前文“Furthermre, meet an ptimistic persn and yu will ntice hw mtivated he is twards life.(此外, 遇到一个乐观的人, 你会发现他对生活是多么的积极)”以及后文“On the ther hand, negative thinking will nly cause mre depressin in yur life.(另一方面, 消极的想法只会给你的生活带来更多的抑郁)”可知, 此处应是将消极和积极对你的好处作对比, 前文没有提到, 所以应是空处提到积极的好处, 所以E项“Remember, psitive thinking gives yu mtivatin t achieve what yu want.(记住, 积极的思考给你动力去实现你想要的)”符合文意, 和后文形成对比。故选E项。
②根据前文“One f the best ways t mtivate neself is t get inspired by thers’ success.(激励自己最好的方法之一就是从别人的成功中得到启发)”可知, 本段主要讲述了和成功的人学习, 根据后文“Instead, take inspiratin frm their success stries.(相反, 从他们的成功故事中汲取灵感)”可知, 空处应和后文构成转折关系, 所以C项“Dn’t envy thse wh are successful arund yu.(不要嫉妒你周围的成功人士)”符合本段主题, 并且和后文构成转折关系。故选C项。
③分析设空, 空处位于首句之后, 应是对前句的进一步解释, 根据前文“There is a famus qute that reads, “A healthy bdy leads t a healthy mind.”(有一句名言是这样说的:“健康的身体会带来健康的思想。”)”可知, A项“If yur mind is healthy yu will think psitively.(如果你的思想是健康的, 你就会积极地思考)”符合文意, 是对前句的进一步说明, 其中mind和healthy为同词复现。故选A项。
④分析设空, 位于段首, 是本段的中心句, 根据后文“Therefre, it is imprtant t break yur rutine and d smething different. Either yu g n a vacatin r learn a new skill, it is imprtant t break the sameness in yur daily life.(因此, 打破常规, 做一些不同的事情是很重要的。无论你是去度假还是学习一项新技能, 打破日常生活中的千篇一律是很重要的)”可知, 本段主要讲述要打破常规, 不要总做生活中的千篇一律的事, 所以D项“Yu might lse mtivatin by ding the same things ver and ver again.(你可能会因为一遍又一遍地做同样的事情而失去动力)”符合文段主题, 为本段中心句。故选D项。
