    1.Lk at the pictures in Activity 1.
    2.Read the wrds in the bx in Activity 1.
    3.Ask the students t match the wrds and expressins frm the bx with the pictures.
    4.Say what the peple are ding.

    1.leave离开
    leave用作及物动词时,意为“离开”。
    如:He leaves hme at six ’clck every mrning.他每天早上6点钟离开家。
    leave Changsha离开长沙
    [拓展]①leave fr...意为“动身去……”,后接要到达的地点,此时leave用作不及物动词。
    如:Leave fr Changsha动身去长沙
    ②leave用作动词,还可意为“把……留下,留下”。
    如:Dn’t leave the child at hme.别把孩子留在家里。
    2.get ff下(飞机、火车、公共汽车等)
    get ff意为“下(飞机、火车、公共汽车等)”,其反义词组为get n,意为“上(飞机、火车、公共汽车等)”。
    如:Sme peple are getting ff the train.一些人正在下火车。

    [拓展]有关get的常用短语:
    get back回来 get t到达 get up起床 get n上车 get dwn下来 get ut f从……出来 get n/alng with与……相处
    3.Sme peple are seeing friends,calling hme r shpping.有些人在看望朋友,给家里打电话或购物。
    (1)see此处用作及物动词,意为“看望,探望,会见”。
    如:I ften see my parents n hlidays.我经常在假期里看望我的父母。
    I’m glad t see yu.见到你我很高兴。
    [拓展]see用作不及物动词时,意为“看见,理解”。
    如:Seeing is believing.百闻不如一见。/眼见为实。

    (2)shp此处用作不及物动词,意为“购物”。
    如:He shps fr flwers in the mrning.他早上去买花。
    [拓展]shp还可用作可数名词,意为“商店”。
    如:His father keeps a flwer shp.他父亲经营着一家花店。

    Thank yu fr...与Thanks fr...同义,意为
    “因……而感谢你”,强调感谢的原因。fr是介词,其后接名词、代词或动词­ing形式。
    如:Thank yu fr helping me with my English.=Thanks fr helping me with my English.感谢你帮助我学英语。
