    Mre than 56% f the wrld’s ceans have changed clr, and this cannt be explained by natural changes, said a team f researchers. Trpical (热带的) ceans clse t the equatr especially have becme greener in the past tw decades, reflecting changes in their ecsystems.
    The clr f the cean is derived frm the materials fund in its upper layers. Fr example, a deep blue sea will have very little life in it, while a green clr means there are ecsystems there. The ecsystems are based n plant-like small living things which include chlrphyll(叶绿素). The living things frm the base f a fd web which supprts larger creatures such as fish, seabirds and sme ther sea animals.
    It’s nt clear exactly hw these ecsystems are changing, said study authr Stephanie Dutkiewicz. Ocean ecsystems are finely balanced and any change in the small living things will influence the fd chain. “All changes are causing an imbalance in the natural rganizatin f ecsystems. Such imbalance will nly get wrse ver time if ur ceans keep heating,”she said.     The researchers are still wrking t find ut exactly what the changes mean. Hwever, what is clear, they said, is that the changes are being driven by human-caused climate change.
