Step1: Oberserve and answer
Hw many tenses(时态) did we use in the fllwing sentences? What are they?
simple present tense(一般现在时)
and simple past tense(一般过去时)

Step2: Review the simple present tense
一般现在时定义:表示经常性、习惯性的动作,现阶段存在的状态;客观真理等。
句型(肯):1.含be动词:am/is/are 2.实义动词:主(非三单)+V原+其他 主(三单)+V三单形式+其他
标志词:always总是,一直, usually通常,ften经常, smetimes有时, seldm很少(含否定),never从不(含否定), every day/ week/year 每天/周/年等
1.一般动词在词尾加-s,如: helps, makes, gets, swims, knws, plays
2.以s, x, ch, sh, 或结尾的动词在词尾加-es,如dresses,fixes washes, catches, des ges
3.以辅音字母+y结尾的动词, 先变y为i,再加-es, 如fly---flies, study--- studies

一般过去时定义:表示过去某一时间发生的动作或存在的状态
