    Accrding t the Bureau, the city's average cncentratin f PM2.5 drpped by 63 percent last year frm 2013, an average annual reductin f abut 8 percent. The city experienced 288 days f gd air quality last year—up frm 112 days in 2013—and just eight days f heavy air pllutin. This achievement is clear t see and exciting, but it has nt been easy wrk.

In ur wrking lives, we cme acrss different scial grups including thse frm different cuntries, varying age grups and cultural identities. Being able t acknwledge and understand peple's different backgrunds is a key way t cnnect with them.
    Our ability t navigate successfully thrugh ur lives relies heavily n ur levels f scial intelligence. It can affect the relatinships we frm with ur partners and children, the friendship circles that we build, and ur ability t prgress in ur careers and ambitins. Given the imprtance f scial intelligence in multiple aspects f life, it is therefre in ur best interest t better understand the cncept f scial intelligence and take the fllwing ways t imprve it.
