    Daisy-May Demetre has been chsen as a mdel fr the French-inspired fashin line Lulu et Gigi Cuture after its funder saw her mdeling in Lndn. Her appearance at the famus New Yrk Fashin Week n September 8th marked the first time a duble amputee had starred in the catwalk.     Daisy-May’s legs were amputated as a result f being brn with fibular hemimelia, a birth disease in which part f the fibular bne (腓骨) in the leg is missing.
    Her parents, Alex and Claire Demetre, were shcked t knw that the child wuld “have n legs”.
