    Returning hme frm the grcery stre (杂货店), 25-year-ld Plican felt it necessary t help the elderly in her neighbrhd t practice safer scial distancing during the Cvid-19 pandemic. Her friend Elkind jined her. They decided t start an rganizatin called Invisible Hands Deliver (IHD).
    They had a website up and running. The site allwed the elderly and ther at-risk individuals t make requests fr grceries and medicines t be delivered t them. The webpage als included a call fr vlunteers, which acquired mre than 2,000 sign-ups.
    The beauty f the IHD lies in its ability t meet the needs f thse wh are at higher risk f being attacked by the pandemic.
