The team, which was led by Dr. Rbin Zuluaga Galleg, began by abstracting /drawing ut cellulse nanfibrils (CNFs) frm the pwdered rachis. The tasteless fiber, thusands f times smaller than the width f a human hair, was then added t 100 grams f ice cream mix.
With the right amunt f CNFs mixed in, the dessert lasted lnger in its frzen state than the traditinal ice cream, extending the amunt f time that the treat can be enjyed. What was even mre exciting was that the fibre increased the stickiness f the lw-fat ice cream t levels higher than the full-fat ne. Since this is what determines the frzen treat’s creaminess and taste, CNFs culd help create the healthier ice cream withut influencing the taste f it.
The researchers, wh presented their findings at the American Chemical Sciety( ACS) meeting in New Orleans in March, 2018, next plan t study hw different types f fat, such as ccnut il, influence the behaviur f CNFs in ther frzen treats.

B. T increase its stickiness.
C. T reduce its fat cntent.

10. What des the underlined wrd “it” in Paragraph 3 refer t?
A. The ice cream.B. The fiber.
