Primarily, we use baby talk t capture the baby's attentin. The exaggerated vcalizatins and facial expressins serve t engage the child’s fcus by being distinct frm all the ther nise and
visual stimuli arund the baby. Remember, the brain f a newbrn baby is still develping and needs different cues t engage and learn smething.
Baby talk als helps t establish an emtinal cnnectin between the adult and the baby. The meldic and nurturing tne cnveys affectin, lve, and care. As a result, in a way, it reassures the child by giving them a sense f security.

A key aspect f healthy anger is being able t pause and reflect n, rather than react t ur thughts, feelings, and senses assciated with getting angry.
Self-regulatin and empathy(同理心) are tw imprtant cmpnents f emtinal intelligence, which can be a buffer(缓冲) against destructive anger. Self-regulatin helps us t cntrl ur mds. Empathy helps us t recgnize the humanity. in thers and urselves.

Science shws that stretching us essential after exercise. Stretching lengthens and mbilizes the cnnective tissue arund yur muscle. What's mre, stretching helps yur bld flw and even relieves yur stress. 36
Yu culd feel sick. Yu wn't be surprised t knw that when yu exercise, yu raise yur heart rate fr a perid f time . While it's great t get that bld flwing, it's just as imprtant t get yur heart rate back t a nrmal level after the wrkut is ver. 37 As yur heart is beating faster and yur bdy temperature is higher, yu culd pass ut r feel sick if yu stp* t fast. But I believe there are sme simpler 51 fr lder peple’s dislike f newer music the “me re expsure effect.” It means that the mre we're 52 t smething, the mre we tend t like it.
Psychlgy research has shwn that the emtins that we 53 as teens seem mre intense than thse that cme later. We als knw that intense emtins are 54 with strnger memries and preferences. All f this might explain why the sngs we listen t during this perid becme s memrable and belved.
S there's 55 wrng with yur parents because they dn't like yur music. In a way, it's all part f the natural rder f things.
