一、书面表达能力要求
能够根据提示或关键词转述文章大意；能够简要描述熟悉的事件和经历；能够根据范例，仿写应用文，如通知、电子邮件、个人履历等；能够写出简单的应用文，如书信、申请、活动安排、简介等。

二、书面表达解题技巧
1 细读提示，认真审题。
要看懂题意，根据图画、图表、提纲或短文提供的资料和信息来审题。其环节包括以下几个方面。
(1)确定文体。
常用文体有记叙文、说明文、应用文(包括书信、报道、通知、日记等)等，逐渐转向以实用性为主。主要有以下几种类型。
①文字提示型：这类题型切记不能漏掉要点，一定要紧扣要点，合理遣词造句。
②看图写话型：一定要仔细看图，把握图中所显示的内涵，研究与图相配的短文，看清图中的任务、时间、地点、事件等。(暂时没考到)
③表格写作型：要把内容要点全部列入表格，并对表格内容进行加工。
(2)确定人称。
书面表达非常重视人称的使用，如果出现人称错误，则要扣除相应的分数。
(3)确定时态。
审时态即根据所给材料信息确定短文的基本时态。一般来说，一篇短文通常有基本时态。时态、语态的准确运用也是判断书面表达好坏的一条重要标准。如果是日记和故事，则多用过去时态；如果是简介，则多用一般现在时态；如果是通知，则多用一般将来时态。
2 紧扣主题，组织要点。
要点是给分的一个重要因素。虽然提纲式作文的要点似乎已经定好了，但为了防止写作过程中遗漏要点，考生要充分发挥自己的观察力，把情景中给出的各个要点逐条列出。
3 选词造句，初步成文。
将理顺的要点逐句表达出来是书面表达的关键一步，完成这个步骤需注意以下几点。
(1)避免使用中式英语，尽量使用自己熟悉的句型。
(2)不会表达，另辟蹊径。汉语提示中某处意思表达不出来时，不要轻易放弃，要绕开难点、扬长避短、避难就易，学会用内容相近的句子来表达。
(3)多用简单句型，记事、写人一般都不需要复杂的句型。
(4)注意语法、句法知识的灵活运用。选择正确的人称、时态、语态，注意冠词、单复数、标题等。
4 连句成篇，不要过分发挥。
连句成篇绝不是将每句话简单地排在一起，而要注意上下句的逻辑关系，必要时使用表示并列、递进、让步、转折、因果等意义的关联词语使上下文连贯。
(1)表示并列关系：and, as well as, r 等。
(2)表示转折关系：but, yet, hwever 等。
(3)表示时间关系：firstly, secndly, thirdly, finally, when, while, after, befre, then, after that 等。
(4)表示因果关系：s, because, therefre, as a result, therwise, since 等。
(5)表示目的：in rder t, in rder that, s as t, s that 等。
(6)表示列举：fr example, such as 等。
(7)表示总结性：in cnclusin, in general, in all, in a wrd, generally speaking 等。
5 认真检查后誊写，确保书写规范。
文章草稿写成后，默读一至两遍，检查修改。检查错误应从以下几个方面入手。
(1)对照题目要求，看全部要点是否都包含进去了，有无遗漏或多写。
(2)文体格式是否正确，有无文不对题。
(3)单词拼写是否准确。
(4)时态、语态是否有误。
(5)句型使用是否得当，文章是否连贯。
(6)有无中国式英语的句子，逻辑是否恰当。
(7)有无合适的开头和结尾。
此外，书面表达还要特别注意书写工整、卷面整洁。
总之，只要同学们平时多练习写作并有意运用上述技巧和方法，合理分配时间，考试时，一定能写出满意的作文。
