Step 2 New cncepts
(一) Teach the new wrds
Teach the new wrds “sunny, rainy, windy, cludy, and snwy” as the fllwing
Shw a picture f snw and ask “what’s this?”. (It’s snw) .
Then shw anther picture t teach the new wrd “snwy”.
T: It is cld and snwy.
It’s snwy.
Teach the new wrds in the sentence. And try t ask students t repeat it in a whle sentence.
Make students t read the sentence in different ways.(individually, pair wrk, grups, bys grup , girls grup r team by team)
Teach the new wrds“rainy, windy, cludy, sunny”in the same way.
Practice
Shw pictures abut weather that have n wrds n them, and ask students:
T: Is it rainy (sunny, windy, cludy, snwy) ?
Ss: Yes. It’s___. / N. It’s___.
4.Listen t the tape f Part 1
(二) Teach the sentences: “Hw’s the weather tday? It’s____. ”
