Meyer Mixdrf, 5, was a patient at the children’s hspital in Missuri back in May. There he made his first mystery friend, Jhnna Schindlbeck, a medical wrker wh wrks acrss the street.
Meyer’s mther, Liz Mixdrf, said that Meyer gt brain cancer (癌症) in December 2020 and was taken t the children’s hspital t receive treatment. Humans aren’t the nly animals that mve t music. Parrts have been knwn t d it. And nw rats have been bserved mving their heads in time with the tunes f Mzart, Lady Gaga, Michael Jacksn and thers, accrding t a new paper frm the University f Tky. The researchers played a snata by Mzart fr lab rats at different changes f the riginal speed: 75%, 100%, 200% and 400%. Wireless sensrs (感应器) n the rats, bdies tracked their mvements. Meanwhile, 20 peple tk part in it and listened t the same music thrugh mtin sensr- equipped headphnes.
It was bserved that the rats’ head mvements were the mst bvius when the music played at its nrmal speed, which was arund 132 bpm (beats per minute). The same was true fr the peple taking part in it.
