    I am a by wh likes reading and I read all kinds f bks. When I d this, I have ended up with tw speeds-fast and slw depending n hw wrthwhile I find the bk. I like t analyze and pnder ver the wrds and cntents f the bks, which can sharpen my mind.
    When I read the bk Intrinsic Mtivatin(《内在动机》), I ask myself, “What kind f bk is it?” Well, first f all, I have t say Dan Pink writes well, which is prbably nt surprising as he is a speechwriter fr an American leader. The text is neither academically difficult nr verly casual. It states infrmatin clearly withut effrt. The subject matter f the bk is mtivatin, and it starts with a discussin f hw external mtivatin is less effective fr mdern knwledge wrk, where wide intelligent decisin-making and innvatin are essential.
    The bk shws that the tricky nature f hw we are truly mtivated is uncvered with plenty f examples and descriptins f sund research. Fr example, it is shwn hw payment can signal that a task is undesirable and s reduce intrinsic mtivatin.     James Rilling f Emry University in Atlanta published the study in The Ryal Sciety in Nvember, 2021.
