Over the past 45 years, farmer Fu Benfa has planted cuntless trees n barren (不毛的) muntains near Qilita village in Suizhu, Hubei prvince. The task wuld have been a challenge fr an able-bdied persn, let alne a persn with paralysis (瘫痪).
Fu, 65, was paralyzed in an accident in January 1978. News abut green develpment thrugh measures such as expanding frests in the prvince caught his attentin.
