本课教学内容选自《英语 拓展模块》第三单元“Ding Our Part fr the Envirnment”阅读与写作板块(Reading and Writing)。阅读部分以垃圾分类为主题,训练学生快速阅读及获取语篇主旨大意与细节信息的能力,也为学生更好地理解垃圾分类的相关知识及其重要意义提供了内容载体。写作部分以环保活动为主题,训练学生分析篇章结构、通过阅读提取信息以及完成电子邮件写作的能力,旨在让学生通过阅读了解结构,通过阅读填写信息,根据信息完成写作练习,达到同步提升学生阅读与写作能力的效果,并认识到保护环境是每个人应尽的责任。
学情分析
垃圾分类是与学生日常生活紧密相关的话题。学生在基础模块中学习过垃圾分类的话题,在了解有关垃圾分类、环保措施的信息时,对于信息要素可进行迁移应用,如garbage srting、recycle等词汇以及“After being recycled, the waste can be made int ther materials.”和“We can help reduce waste and prtect the envirnment.”等句型。但学生对于深入介绍垃圾分类实施情况的语篇还无法完全理解,也缺少描述参与环保活动的经历的写作练习,因而教师在课堂上通过泛读精读、模拟写作的方式,由易及难,不断增强学生阅读与写作的自信心,提高表达能力。先进行理解模仿,再到替换练习,熟悉语言使用场景,最后能够读懂介绍垃圾分类的语篇,完成介绍参与环保活动经历的电子邮件。

本部分通过为语篇匹配标题,对描述实习经历的内容做判断,提取与主人公实习经历信息并进行转述,更好地帮助学生仿照内容概要,结合自己的实习实践经历进行分享,培养学生的职场交流能力。同时读懂日记内容,总结日记类语篇基本结构,完成活动记录表填写,不仅夯实学生的语言基础知识,也可更好的为单元任务做知识储备。
