本课教学内容选自《英语 拓展模块》第四单元“Crprate Culture”听说板块(Listening and Speaking)。本板块内容以企业文化为主题,通过介绍知名企业的企业文化,引出本单元主题,使学生对企业文化有初步认识和了解,同时激活学生关于企业、产品、服务等相关内容的语言知识和生活常识。该板块内容要求在讨论企业文化的语境中,学生能够听懂对话中讨论的企业文化、简述企业文化的内容;口头简单介绍某企业的企业文化,简述其对企业的影响;向同伴介绍某行业工作的特点。
学情分析
学生在基础模块中有涉及到培养企业文化意识的话题,学习过的句型“Wuld yu like t ”“Can yu give us sme ideas fr ”等,并涉及到的一些职场礼仪,但学生积累的话题语言素材较少,词汇量积累程度不够,难以达成表达的目的,因而教师在课堂上通过简单对话模拟访谈企业文化相关的信息表达方式,由易及难,不断增强学生表达的自信心,提高表达能力。先进行理解模仿,再到替换练习,脑中构建职业场景,最后能够完成有关企业文化的对话内容。

通过头脑风暴,让学生对世界著名企业有更好的理解和认识,同时了解这些企业的企业文化,并为后面学习做铺垫。
Step 2: Listening
Activity 1: Listen and match
Ask students t scan activities t underline the key wrds, and predict the cntent f the dialgue. Then play the listening materials.
Activity 2: Listen and chse
Ask students t scan the questins and answers and draw the key wrds such as what (what, when), nuns (art,culture, histry, suvenirs, prducts) etc. . Students actively predict the dialgue cntent, develp their ability t predict the listening cntent based n key infrmatin knwn.
Activity 3: Listen and cmplete
Ask students t scan the infrmatin in the interview ntes frm and fill in the blanks. Guide the students t draw the key infrmatin in the table. Then play the recrding.

本部分以文化创意和技术创新为核心理念的企业文化为主要话题,通过信息匹配、选择、填空等题型的听力对话内容,为学生创设话题情境,在熟悉话题的基础上,提升学生根据已知信息获取关键信息的能力,深刻理解文化创意产品对传承中华优秀传统文化的意义,实现对学生核心素养的培养。。

Read and underline
Read and translate each ptin, underline the key wrds f each ptin. Then cmplete the dialgue.
Listen and check
Read the dialgue after the recrding t underline the sentences abut crprate culture. Then check the answers.

Students in small grups further read cntextual infrmatin, familiarize themselves with the language situatin, and prepare fr dialgue and cmmunicatin.
