The ways in which peple climb the career ladder may be different, but wrking hard and never stp learning are the mst basic things ne must d. Tina’s stry is a gd example. After graduating frm cllege, Tina jined a big crpratin as a trainee. After three years f hard wrk, she started t wrk as a management assistant at a chemical firm. In this psitin, she gt a brad view f the chemical industry and gained valuable wrk experience. Then she tk a ne-year break frm wrk fr a master’s degree in management. “Learning never stps,” Tina says.After that, Tina returned t the crpratin t wrk as a manager. It was much mre challenging, but Tina says she was lucky, because her experience as an assistant was helpful t her new jb. She was cnfident that she culd d well in this jb by wrking hard and keeping learning.

As a wrker, it is pssible fr yu t wrk frm hme at any time f the day and even have nline meetings with yur clleagues. As a cnsumer, yu can buy almst anything yu want withut leaving hme.
