The researchers fund vlunteers tended t use the digital devices t stre details f the high-value circles.And, when they did s, their memry fr thse circles was imprved by 18%.“What was unexpected was that their memry fr lw-value circles was als imprved by 27%, even in thse wh had never set any reminders fr lw-value circles,” said Sam Gilbect.
