What time is it?该句型是用来询问现在时间的， 意思是几点了， 回答时可以说：It's +时间点。 如果时间刚好是整点， 则一般用 It's 'clck.
Time t+ 动词原形 = It's time t +动词原形。意思是： 该做某事了。 做...的时间到了。
