Feels it’s a recgnitin and mtivatin fr all scientists in China
On 7 December, 2015, Tu Yuyu was awarded a Nbel Prize fr her discvery f artemisinin, a life-saving drug fr malaria. Tu Yuyu majred in medicine in university and later studied Chinese medicine with experts in the field.In 1969, Tu Yuyu was given the missin t set up a team t find a cure fr malaria.
When wrldwide scientists failed t find a cure using mdern chemicals, Tu Yuyu turned t Chinese herbs fr help. Despite their limited resurces and hundreds f failed experiments, they fund a pssible chemical. In rder t test the medicine, Tu Yuyu and her team tested the medicine n their wn bdies. They finally discvered the mst effective drug t cure the disease.Althugh Tu Yuyu has wn the Nbel Prize and becme well-knwn, she is uninterested in fame and prefers t cntinue her research.
