The pair used data frm a university cmputer system t study the rhythms and activities f 15,000 students at Nrtheastern Illinis University between 2018 and 2020.
They studied the data t see if there was a cnnectin between the students’ schedules, their natural circadian clcks and their schl perfrmance.
The study fund that the clser a student’s schedule and their circadian clck were, the better their grades were. But if students’ clcks were ut f sync(不一致) with the rest f their lives, their perfrmance was likely t suffer.
