A PhD student in Michigan defended her paper while wearing a skirt made f rejectin letters she received while studying. 29-year-ld Caitlin Kirby printed ut 17 f her rejectin letters — frm schlarships, academic jurnals, and cnferences — then flded each ne int a fan.
