In the study, the researchers divided the study int tw parts. Fr the first experiment, the researchers asked each participant t sit alne in a rm fr 10 minutes withut any access t digital devices. T further prve their initial findings, the researchers extended their study in the cntext f a much larger span f time—frm 2020 t 2023 when many peple were alne with their thughts mre ften.
