Period 4 (Section B 2a-2e)设计说明 首先利用图片教授新单词,直观性强,同时创设了语言学习环境,有利于学生的理解和运用。在阅读前,要教给学生一定的阅读策略;阅读中,要对学生进行必要的做题方法指导。在老师的指导下学生独立完成2b-2d的练习之后,老师精讲课文中的一些难点,帮助学生更好地理解课文;播放录音,让学生跟读课文,矫正学生发音,提高学生的听读能力;在学生听读训练结束之后,完成2e,检查学生对课文内容的掌握情况。教学目标 1. 知识目标 (1)掌握单词和短语:passage,pupil,completely,shocked,silence,recently,terrorist,date,tower,truth;in silence,take down。 (2)掌握句型:①People often remember what they were doing when they heard the news of important events in history. ②My parents were completely shocked! ③More recently,most Americans remember what they were doing when the World Trade Center in New York was taken down by terrorists. ④She remembers working in her office near the two towers. ⑤I was so scared that I could hardly think clearly after that. 2. 能力目标 (1)指导学生掌握一定的阅读策略,并能把所学技巧应用到阅读训练中,完成短文后的题目。 (2)通过阅读训练,具备正确使用一般过去时和过去进行时叙述过去事情的能力。 3. 情感目标 通过本课的学习,培养学生的爱国主义情怀。重点难点 1. 重点: (1)掌握本课时单词、短语和句型。 (2)掌握一定的阅读策略,并能把所学技巧应用到阅读训练中,完成短文后的题目。 (3)辨别使用一般过去时和过去进行时。 2. 难点: 正确使用一般过去时和过去进行时。教学准备 多媒体课件、录音机、磁带。教学过程 Step 1 Warming up Check the homework.
