On July 28, I retired frm my psitin．After teaching fr many years, I lked frward t kayaking（划独木舟）with my grandsns, seeing friends and traveling fr leisure with my husband．But my bdy had ther plans fr me．A brken spine（脊椎）in my back tk me dwn a path that upended my plans．
