A Gift frm the Heart
It was the last day f ne term. My classmates were very excited at the cming hliday. But my friend， Mike， lked unhappy because he failed the English test.
While thinking abut hw t cheer him up， I saw my English ntebk. Althugh it was very imprtant t me， I decided t give it t him. He lked at me in surprise. He knew hw carefully I tk the ntes. I tld him that I culd als help him learn English.
Mike has made prgress with the help f my gift， the ntebk. It’s nt expensive but it’s frm my heart.

(三) 句子升格1. I dn’t want t part with these tys. (升格为含thugh 引导的让步状语从句的复合句) → I dn’t want t part with these tys thugh I’m getting lder.
2. I’ll keep it frever. It can remind me f my grandma. (升格为含动词不定式表目的的句子) → I’ll keep it frever t remind me f my grandma.
