I have three meals a day. I usually have milk and eggs fr breakfast at 8 a.m. I ften have ndles and vegetables, smetimes rice fr lunch at 12. I have sup and a kind f fruit fr dinner at 5 p.m. I like milk and cla best. But I seldm drink cla because it is nt gd fr my health. I think it’s imprtant fr us t have healthy eating habits. T be healthy, we shuld eat mre fruits and vegetables and less junk fd.
