Napping during the day may make it harder t fall asleep at night r cause nighttime sleep t becme fragmented (支离破碎的) and missing ut n nighttime sleep can cause severe daytime sleepiness.
“Often, naps cntinuing lng are less beneficial than mre brief daytime naps; peple ften wake up unrefreshed after a lng nap,” she adds. “Additinally, lng daytime naps take away time frm ther healthy things that peple enjy during the day: spending time with family, enjying hbbies, and exercise.” When napping during the day becmes unpredictable, uncntrllable, r stps an individual frm finishing what they need r want t d, it culd shw a pssible sleep disrder.
