I guess that any wheelchair user will say the best inventin is that f the wheel. It's a tl bringing independence and cmfrt.
Last week, I tk a well-deserved break frm wrk and went n a staycatin in my lcal area. On the first day, I was heading further ut in my wheelchair than I had ever been n my wn. This chair is almst like a Transfrmer. I like the speed, the phne charger and all the flexible features. It's a wnderful creatin.
Hwever, while there are many benefits that cme with technlgy, I still live in a disabling wrld. Fr example, ut in my wheelchair that day, feeling free and easy, I headed straight tward the shp nt far away. I deserve t feel heard and included when innvatin is cncerned. But when I gt there, I was cnfrnted with self-service checkuts. While they are designed fr easy and quick service, fr me and many ther disabled peple, the lack f face-t-face services can put us at a disadvantage.
