A study fund that gym members were 14 times mre active than peple wh didn't belng t any health club． Gym members did six hurs mre exercise a week， and this activity did make them fitter than nn-gym members． They als spent less time sitting dwn every day than nn-gym members． The results were the same fr men and wmen．
