Parkinsn’s is a prgressive brain disease which leads t shaky hands and slw mvement, and there is n cure. Tai Chi, a traditinal Chinese martial art that cmbines (结合) slw, gentle mvements with deep breathing and relaxatin, may be an effective means f reducing the suffering. Interestingly, David, lead authr f the study, said the team fund n bvius relatins between passive screen-based activities and sleep. “It culd be that passive activities are less mentally exciting than interactive activities,” said Anne, c-authr f the study. “It’s a tricky situatin,” she said. “These screen tls are really imprtant t everyne nwadays, s it’s hard t put a limit n them, but if yu’re really lking ut fr a teenager’s health and well-being, yu might cnsider limiting the mre interactive activities, especially in the hur befre bed.”
