序数词不规则变化的序数词:1.ne — first(1st);tw — secnd(2nd);three — third(3rd),five — fifth(5th)
eight — eighth(8th);nine — ninth(9th);twelve — twelfth(12th)；其它19以前的数字都是直接在基数词的后面加-th，缩写形式都是:数字+th。
2. 20到90的整十数变为序数词时，都是将y变为i，再加-eth，但缩写还是写成“数字+th”，如:twenty — twentieth(20th); thirty — thirtieth(30th)等；
如果十位数和个位数放在一起，变为序数词时，只变个位数，不变十位数，如:twentyne — twentyfirst (21st)。

1. Happy birthday!生日快乐!用于祝福他人的生日，后面可以用t接上祝福的对象，如:Happy birthday t yu!祝你生日快乐！
2. Hw ld are yu?你多大了？用于询问年龄。— Hw ld is yur brther? 你弟弟多大了？— He’s twelve.他12岁。也可用What’s yur age? (其中的age表示“年龄”)这一句式进行询问。
3. My birthday is in August.我的生日在八月份。英语中，和月份名词搭配的介词是in。She came t China in March. 她是三月份到中国来的。与年份或年月一起使用时，也是用介词in。Her birthday is in May, 2001.她的生日是2001年五月。I was brn in 2001. 我生于2001年。
4. D yu want t cme t my birthday party?你想来参加我的生日聚会吗？（1）动词want表示“要；想要”，后面可以直接接名词或代词作宾语。
D yu want the bk? 你想要这本书吗？This ruler is nice, but I dn’t want it. 这把尺子很好，但我不想要。
如果want后接动词时，则要使用动词不定式。She wants t play tennis this afternn. 她今天下午想打网球。
（2）动词cme与g一样，后面必须接介词t，才能接地点名词，表示“来或去某地”。He ften cmes t Chngqing. 他常到重庆来。D yu g t the park every mnth?你每个月都去公园吗？
5. At three this afternn. 今天下午三点。（1）介词at表示在某一确切点，因此后面只接具体时间。She ges t schl at seven thirty in the mrning. 她早上七点三十分上学。
（2）this afternn表示“今天下午”，同样this mrning, this evening表示“今天上午，今天晚上”。
