Yu can als add slices f lemn t ginger it up and make it vitamin-rich. A项"Drink enugh water. 故选A。
⑤根据上文"Eight hurs f sleep is usually enugh fr adults. Instead, slightly increase the level f yur physical activity, which will help t send mre xygen t the brain, making us feel awake and energetic. Getting lnger sleep may reduce activity in the cerebral crtex, making peple sleepier.

故填with。
故填a。
故填was held。
故填its。
故填which。
故填what。

故将And改为But。
