Take deep breaths.

Use muscle relaxatin techniques.
Much like deep breathing, muscle relaxatin techniques can help stp yur panic attack in its tracks by cntrlling yur bdy’s respnse as much as pssible. Cnsciusly relax ne muscle at a time. 5 Techniques f this kind will be mst effective when yu have practised them befrehand.
