Neil Shuttlewrth, an 82-year-ld English man, was hardly able t walk because f stearthritis (骨关节炎) in his right ankle. Neil, wh is a retired printing specialist frm Huddersfield, West Yrkshire, paid fr the peratin himself since it is nt currently available n the Natinal Health Service (NHS).
