    We just gt back frm a weeklng trip thrugh New Mexic where we traveled thrugh desert landscapes, hiked up muntains, and walked thrugh dry creek beds. We experienced nature and wildlife that was vastly distinct frm what I’ve seen befre.

The peak f caterpillar availability in Skane is abut tw weeks later than in the Netherlands—a distance f arund 600 kilmetres that a pied flycatcher culd cver in just tw nights.
    “The birds that were given a lift frm the Netherlands t Skane synchrnised (同步) very well with the fd peak! As they started t breed abut 10 days earlier the Swedish pied flycatchers, they had a dramatically better breeding success than the Swedish nes as well as a better success than the pied flycatchers that remained in the Netherlands,” says Nilssn. In additin, it was shwn that the baby birds f the pied flycatchers that had received migratin assistance arrived earlier during the migratin seasn t find Skane.
    “The number f small birds, particularly migratry birds, has decreased drastically thrughut Eurpe. During yur life, yu will have all kinds f interviews. There will be interviews fr university places, interviews fr part-time jbs and full-time jbs and even interview s as exams. But all the tips I’m ging t talk abut tday are useful in any f these situatins. One f the key things t remember is hw t speak during yur interview. If yu’re nervus, yu may speak very quickly, s try t speak mre slwly. Speak clearly and remember the imprtance f bdy language. Always make sure that yu lk at the interviewer. If there is mre than ne interviewer, make sure yu lk at each ne f them. This makes yu seem pen and hnest. Smiling is always very psitive as it suggests yu are enjying yurself and it makes yu appear friendly and relaxed. Finally, I want t give yu sme interesting studies. Mst peple decide what they think abut a stranger within five minutes f meeting them. Accrding t a research, 50% f smebdy’s impressin is based n the way a persn is dressed. The rest is based n the way yu speak and what yu say. This is surprising, but imprtant infrmatin. Thank yu fr listening.
